License Agreement

Introduction

This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and Kye Bedford ("Creator") for the use of resources ("Assets") provided through framerfuel.com ("Website"). By copying, downloading or using the assets, you agree to be bound to the terms of this agreement.

Type Of Assets

Free Assets: Assets available without cost.Premium Assets: Premium Assets available for users who have purchased a Premium or Professional plan.

Grant Of License

The creator hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the assets subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Professional License Permitted Usage

You are permitted to:Use the assets in personal and commercial projects.Modify or combine the assets with other works. Use the components in Framer templates.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. The creator may terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the assets.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The assets are provided "as is". The creator makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the assets, refunds are not granted. Maximum support shall be provided to assist with any queries that lead to a refundable state.

General

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the creator concerning the use of the assets. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the creator resides.
